For the android media, I am trying Foldersync free. Haven’t set it up as a scheduled task yet but looks easy to do. Setup as a batch job and runs a command to close the network connection after. For the laptop I am trying Freefilesync, wanted a gui. I’ll do some sort of compressed backup offsite storage eventually. Setup a VM samba server with webmin, easy setup and user management with private file shares. I checked out some of the suggestions and so far this is what I have settled with to try.
